Introduction

We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note: All returned esim bundles must be in new and unactivated condition.

Return Process

To return an item, email us at returns@esimba.com with your Order Number and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

Customer order cancellation rights

• You are entitled to cancel Your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
• In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement

Conditions for Returns

• Esim was purchased in the last 14 days
• Esim has not been activated

Exclusions from Returns

• Esims which has bought more than 14 days ago
• Esims which has been activated
• Esims which data has been used at any value
• Esims made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
• Esims which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Refunds

After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed. We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Esims. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
